Login to your customer account here: https://kenya.metrofilecloud.com/login
Once you are logged in, navigate to "services"
You will then see a list of your services
Click on the service you would like to upgrade, which will take you into the product
Next, Click on "Upgrade/Downgrade Options
You will then be taken to the below screen where you can start adjusting the quantities of each item. Once you have configured your upgrade, click on "click to continue>>" at the bottom
You will now be taken to the checkout page where you will see a summary of your upgrade. Click on "Checkout" to continue to the payment gateway.
Once your payment has gone through, your upgrade will be complete and the adjusted services will reflect in your services page of the client area.
